Are you passionate about developing people and helping leaders thrive?

We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Learning & Development Advisor to join our team and help shape the development of our workforce. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys creating meaningful learning experiences that enable individuals, teams, and organisations to perform at their best.

A key focus of the role will be leadership and management development. We're particularly interested in someone who has successfully designed, delivered, and evaluated leadership and management programmes and who understands how to build the confidence, capability, and behaviours that great leaders and managers need to succeed. Alongside this, you'll contribute to a broad range of learning and development initiatives, supporting workforce development priorities and organisational change through innovative and impactful learning solutions.

You are an experienced learning and development professional who is passionate about helping people grow and achieve their potential. You have a track record of designing and delivering engaging leadership and management development programmes and understand how effective learning can drive both individual and organisational success.

Ideally, you'll hold a recognised learning and development qualification, such as CIPD Level 5 or equivalent, and have experience of blended learning design, learning needs analysis, and evaluating learning effectiveness. Most importantly, you'll be someone who is committed to continuous improvement and excited by the opportunity to shape the future development of our people.
