We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Learning & Development Advisor to join our team and help shape the development of our workforce. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys creating meaningful learning experiences that enable individuals, teams and organisations to perform at their best.

A key focus of the role will be leadership and management development. We're particularly interested in someone who has successfully designed, delivered and evaluated leadership and management programmes and who understands how to build the confidence, capability and behaviours that great leaders and managers need to succeed. You'll be focused on ensuring our people have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.

This is a varied role that combines creativity with practical delivery. You'll have the opportunity to influence how learning is developed across the organisation, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to support workforce development. You'll also play an important role in supporting change, developing future talent and helping to build a strong leadership and management culture across our organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
