About the Role
This is a customer-facing role serving as the Training Lead and Trainer. You will provide the customer with the knowledge, skills, capabilities, and training and playbook assets to effectively manage and implement the **[Blue Yonder Warehouse Management (WMS) solution]****. Support the customer in designing, developing, and delivering customer-specific training and playbook creation to support WMS Super Users, Key Users, IT, and Implementation roles.
Primary Duties:
- Engage with stakeholders to define training objectives and scope.
- Craft engaging and informative content including:
- Instructor-Led Trainings (ILTs)
- eLearning modules
- Job aids
- Hands-on labs
- Assessments
- Work closely with customer Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with team members, maintain clear communication with project leads and stakeholders.
- Apply instructional design principles and models to meet project specifications.

- Camtasia
- In-house AI tools and Agents
Responsibilities
Content Development & Maintenance
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments and analyses.
- Utilise industry-authoring tools to design technical training materials adhering to departmental standards across various formats:
- Clear learning objectives
- Comprehensive courses
- Interactive hands-on exercises
- Effective assessments
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to integrate feedback into training materials.
- Design role-specific training and establish clear learning pathways for diverse audience segments.
- Develop and maintain training materials aligned with current product capabilities and roadmap.
- Incorporate practical scenarios to enhance applicability and learner engagement.
- Continuously improve course structure, flow, and effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product Management and Product Development to stay current on solution enhancements.
- Collaborate with Professional Services to align training with implementation approaches and customer needs.
- Work with Education Operations and peers to ensure consistency in delivery standards and content quality.
Customer Enablement & Experience
- Translate complex functional and technical concepts into clear, actionable learning.
- Guide customers in applying training concepts within their operational environments.
- Gather and apply learner feedback to improve training quality.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences across engagements.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Track key learning metrics, such as:
- Customer satisfaction
- Training quality
- Adoption outcomes
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery, scalability, and learner engagement.
- Contribute to the standardisation of best practices, tools, and delivery methodologies. ]

Requirements
- Experience: Approximately 3 years in end-to-end content development projects, demonstrating:
- Strong project management skills
- Scope, customer expectations, and satisfaction management
- Content quality and project budget oversight
- Instructional Design Experience: Around 5–7 years in:
- Creation and delivery of training content
- Application of ADDIE model structures
- Tools Proficiency:
- Microsoft Word & PowerPoint
- Rapid authoring tools: Articulate Rise, TechSmith Camtasia
- Technical Content Development: At least 3 years in software simulations and virtual training environments, including:
- SaaS-based application training
- Development of complex technical content
