We're looking for a strategic and commercially-minded Learning & Development Business Partner to work closely with leaders across our global teams, helping them build the skills, behaviours and mindset needed to achieve ambitious goals.
This is far more than delivering training. You'll act as a trusted advisor, using data, insight and innovative learning approaches to solve real business challenges. You'll have the opportunity to influence senior stakeholders, shape talent development strategies and champion the use of AI-powered learning solutions that create meaningful impact across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to identify performance, capability and skills gaps, translating business challenges into impactful learning solutions.
- Act as the dedicated L&D partner for your business areas, ensuring global learning strategies are effectively embedded and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Design and implement engaging learning experiences using a blend of digital, in-person and AI-enabled learning approaches.
- Lead coaching, facilitation and development initiatives that support individual, team and organisational growth.
- Use data, insights and learning analytics to measure effectiveness, demonstrate impact and inform future decisions.
- Collaborate with People Partners to support talent development, succession planning and career growth initiatives.
- Drive engagement with learning programmes through effective communication, marketing and learner-centred experiences.
- Champion AI literacy and responsible AI adoption, helping employees and managers build confidence in AI-powered ways of working.

Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in an L&D, Organisational Development or Business Partner role, ideally within a fast-paced global environment.
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders constructively.
- Expertise in learning design, adult learning principles and creating blended learning solutions that drive behaviour change.
- A data-driven mindset, with the ability to use insights and metrics to identify opportunities and demonstrate business impact.
- Experience using or exploring AI tools within learning, talent or people development, coupled with a curiosity for emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication, coaching and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and inspire action.
