Your new role
We are exclusively partnering with a high-profile, growing organisation seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to lead a 12-month project and accelerate the next stage of its learning and development journey.
This newly created standalone role will focus on bringing greater structure, consistency and measurable impact to key learning initiatives, including leadership and management development programmes, onboarding, and capability building across a diverse workforce. Working with the existing LMS, you will play a key role in delivering the L&D strategy while identifying emerging business needs through stakeholder engagement across multiple sites. You'll design, deliver and implement scalable learning solutions, collaborate with external providers on leadership development programmes, and ensure learning frameworks are effectively embedded across the UK and Ireland.

What you'll need to succeed
They're looking for a commercially minded L&D professional who can work autonomously, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and demonstrate tangible learning outcomes.
Key requirements:
- Proven L&D experience, ideally within a medium to large, complex, multi-site organisation
- Strong learning design, facilitation and evaluation skills
- Experience coordinating and delivering leadership and management development programmes
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Comfortable working across multiple locations and utilising LMS platforms
- A continuous improvement mindset with a curious and proactive approach
CIPD and/or L&D qualifications are desirable, although candidates qualified through experience are equally encouraged to apply
