About Our Opportunity
The Learning & Development Coordinator is responsible for the management of the technical, behavioural and leadership training plan for O&P UK employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and managing the O&P UK annual site training plan to address business demands and leverage best value for business training budgets.
- Managing internal enquiries, issues regarding 3rd party technical training vendors and negotiating appropriate resolutions.
- Conducting surveys to gather trainee feedback, track and report on technical training outcomes and effectiveness.
- Identifying potential improvements to training booking, competence management systems and reporting.
- First point of contact for training programme participants, managing venue and equipment logistics.

About You
Required:
- Ability to manage a diverse range of activity, work at pace and prioritise workload to ensure the L&D coordination service delivered.
- Strong customer service focus with a strong bias for action.
- Excellent relationship management skills to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders and successfully resolve queries.
- Experience of dealing with high volumes of data with an excellent attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills in all basic Windows packages.

Desired:
- Previous experience working in an L&D or HR environment in a coordination or employee service role would be valuable but not essential.
