Strategic Professional Outreach
- Develop and manage professional outreach activity across digital networks to connect with individuals exploring leadership, career and personal development.
Consultative Discovery
- Lead structured introductory conversations to understand a prospect’s professional background, current priorities and suitability for the development pathway.
Candidate and Client Engagement
- Guide suitable individuals through an established information and evaluation process, ensuring they receive clear and professional communication at each stage.
Relationship Development
- Build trusted professional relationships through effective follow-up, active listening and consultative communication.
Professional Capability Development
- Participate in ongoing leadership, communication, marketing and business development training within an international professional environment.
The Ideal Profile
- Background: Seven or more years of professional experience in Learning and Development, HR, People and Culture, talent, recruitment, organisational development, coaching, consulting or leadership.
- Professional capability: Strong presentation, communication, relationship-building and interpersonal consultation skills.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, coachable and comfortable taking responsibility for personal activity and results.
- Leadership maturity: Able to work independently, follow an established process and communicate with experienced professionals.
- Career direction: Seeking greater autonomy, flexibility and ownership without discarding the experience already built.
- Commercial outlook: Open to developing professional outreach, client engagement and business development capabilities.
