Learning & Development Coordinator

Location: London | Hybrid Working

Salary: £40,000 – 50,000 + Bonus & Benefits


A high-performing, global investment firm is looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join its dynamic Recruiting & Talent Development team in London.


The Opportunity

Sitting at the heart of a fast-paced, collaborative business, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering impactful learning experiences across a global workforce. Working closely with the L&D Lead, you’ll coordinate programmes, streamline processes and enhance the overall learning journey for employees at all stages - from interns to experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage logistics for firm-wide training programmes (both internal and external)
  • Ensure the smooth delivery of all Learning & Development initiatives globally
  • Support onboarding programmes, particularly for early-career talent
  • Take ownership of the full lifecycle of the internship programme
  • Maintain and update L&D materials, platforms, and programme trackers
  • Support nomination and enrolment processes for training initiatives
  • Analyse feedback and data to continuously enhance learning offerings
  • Contribute ideas to evolve and improve L&D programmes
  • Provide ad hoc support across a broad range of L&D activities

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-2 years’ experience in Learning & Development
  • Prior exposure to financial services or similar fast-paced environments is advantageous
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative, global mindset
  • Comfortable using MS Office and virtual collaboration tools
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a growing function
