Key Accountabilities
- Facilitate new employee site inductions.
- Ensure the site compliance training needs are delivered and maintained: Food Safety, Health & Safety, etc.
- Plan, organize, deliver, and evaluate training.
- Manage training records to ensure audit compliance.
- Work with stakeholders to identify learning needs and source training providers.
- Support site element of pladis Academy, the business e-learning portal.
- Work with our Engagement team on site initiatives.
Person Specification
- Energetic, enthusiastic with a responsiveness and flexibility to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
- Personal resilience to manage competing priorities.
- Confidence in delivery.
- Collaborative with good verbal and written communication skills.
- Inquisitive and willing to explore new ideas.
- Passion and excitement for a career in the food industry.
- GCSE or equivalent Maths/English Grade C/4.
- Confident IT skills.
- Microsoft Office Skills desirable but not essential.
