Role Background

BDC Mind has experienced significant growth in recent years. We have expanded our services, welcomed new colleagues, and responded to increasing demand across our communities. As our workforce of staff and volunteers has grown, we have recognised the need to invest more in their development, ensuring they have access to meaningful development opportunities in order to fulfil their potential and support our organisational goals.

  • Develop structured learning pathways for different roles and levels.
  • Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of learning interventions.
  • Strengthen leadership capability across the organisation by delivering or coordinating leadership development programs.
  • Develop and implement a volunteering framework aligned with the organisation’s People Strategy.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance workforce and volunteering capacity.
  • Represent the organisation in relevant sector forums.
  • Fully participating in all relevant training to develop and maintain your performance in the role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
