Job Description
Working closely with the Group Chief People Officer, the L&D Manager will be responsible for designing and delivering a company wide learning and development framework that enables growth, enhance capability, and drive performance. The L&D Manager will work closely with HRBPs, managers and team leaders to identify training needs which foster continuous learning across the company.

Role Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a robust, scalable L&D strategy aligned to business goals. Lead the L&D function, managing learning programs from strategy to execution. Partner with senior leadership and department heads to assess the company learning needs and design scalable solutions. Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for leadership development, performance improvement, and career progression. Manage and coordinate external facilitators and vendors. Build and promote a culture of continuous learning, inclusion, and talent development across all levels. Collaborate with HRBP to integrate learning into broader employee lifecycle initiatives. Stay current on trends in learning and development and technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions. Establish KPIs and success measures for all learning initiatives. Monitor effectiveness using data and analytics to track learning impact, engagement, ROI and provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications
Relevant L&D Qualification. Proven experience in Learning and Development, within a fast-paced or highly regulated environment, ideally financial services. Ability to work strategically and hands-on Proven ability to design and implement impactful learning programs. Proficiency in using LMS platforms and e-learning tools. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills. Analytical and data-driven mindset; capable of measuring training effectiveness and reporting results. Excellent facilitation skills to run in-house L&D programs.
