We're recruiting a Learning & Development Manager to join an ambitious, growing hospitality business. Reporting into the senior leadership team, you'll have the opportunity to shape the learning strategy across the organisation, influencing everyone from new starters through to senior operational leaders.

This is far more than delivering training. You'll build structured development programmes, enhance onboarding, drive leadership capability, improve performance management and create clear career pathways that help people reach their full potential.
- You'll work closely with Operations and Head Office teams to identify development opportunities, design practical learning solutions and embed a consistent learning culture across multiple locations.
- You'll also lead the company's learning platform, measure the impact of training and continuously evolve programmes to ensure they deliver real business results.

We're looking for someone who has a proven track record within Learning & Development in a fast-paced, multi-site environment, ideally within hospitality, retail or leisure. You'll be confident influencing senior stakeholders, coaching managers, designing engaging programmes and balancing strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.
