Knowlify (YC S25) is an AI animation studio that helps companies worldwide replace expensive, traditional video production with fast, affordable animated content. The platform enables teams to create polished animated explainer videos in minutes, streamlining communication for product launches, training, and customer education. By automating much of the production process, Knowlify reduces costs and turnaround times while maintaining high creative quality. The company focuses on empowering organizations to produce engaging visual content at scale using intuitive, AI-driven tools.

Role Description

The Learning and Development Manager (Full-time) will design, implement, and optimize learning programs that help customers and internal teams use Knowlify’s platform effectively. In this on-site role, the manager will create training curricula, learning paths, and enablement resources such as video tutorials, guides, and workshops for different user groups.   • Conducting needs assessments
  • Developing instructional materials
  • Managing learning initiatives
  • Measuring program effectiveness through feedback and performance data

The manager will collaborate closely with product, customer success, and sales teams to ensure training content aligns with platform updates and user workflows. This role also involves continuous improvement of learning experiences and recommending new strategies to enhance adoption and proficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Training & Development, including designing and delivering structured learning programs.
  • Experience with Learning Management and Training administration, such as managing learning platforms and tracking learner progress.
  • Proficiency in Instructional Design, with the ability to create engaging, user-focused learning content and curricula.
  • Background in Leadership Development, including building programs that grow capabilities across teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with SaaS or digital products, ideally in education, training, or creative tools.
  • Ability to analyze learning data, gather feedback, and iterate on programs for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and accessibility for diverse audiences.
  • Comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment and collaborating across functions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments is a plus.
