About LUCA FALONI

LUCA FALONI is a growing Italian luxury menswear brand founded on timeless style, exceptional materials and outstanding craftsmanship. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. As we continue to expand internationally, we are investing in the knowledge, confidence and capabilities of our teams to ensure that every customer receives a consistently exceptional experience.

We are looking for a commercially minded Learning & Development Manager to shape and lead learning across our international store network and wider organisation.

The Opportunity

This is a high-impact role working at the intersection of Retail and HR.

  • You will take ownership of the learning journey for our retail & corporate teams, from onboarding to leadership development.
  • Partnering closely with Retail Leadership, Store Managers, HR and stakeholders across the business, you will translate commercial priorities into practical, engaging and scalable learning experiences.
  • This is both a strategic and hands-on role. You will define the learning roadmap while also creating content, facilitating training, coaching teams and measuring the impact of learning on employee performance, customer experience and commercial results.

The role is based at our Kensington office and follows a hybrid working model, with four days per week spent in the office and Fridays working from home.

Key Responsibilities

Retail learning and performance

  • Develop and deliver a retail learning strategy aligned with LUCA FALONI’s customer experience and commercial priorities.
  • Create programmes that strengthen product knowledge, brand storytelling, selling skills, clienteling and service excellence.
  • Partner with Retail Leadership to identify performance and capability gaps across the store network.
  • Translate retail priorities into clear, practical and scalable learning solutions.
  • Establish clear links between learning initiatives, customer experience and commercial performance.

Onboarding and employee readiness

  • Design and continuously improve onboarding programmes for retail and corporate employees.
  • Help new colleagues become confident, knowledgeable and productive more quickly.
  • Ensure every employee develops a strong understanding of the LUCA FALONI brand, values, products, craftsmanship and customer philosophy.
  • Create consistent onboarding pathways that can be delivered effectively across multiple markets.
  • Develop seasonal product training and launch materials for store teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
