Learning & Development Manager
Manchester (2 days onsite)
Contract - 6 months - Inside IR35 - £440 a day
Digital Skills are looking for an experienced L&D Knowledge Manager to help shape and improve how our clients' learning content, expertise, and best practice are shared across a large, complex technical division.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in Learning & Development, Knowledge Management, or Learning Content Strategy who enjoys bringing structure to information, connecting experts across the business, and creating engaging learning experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Driving knowledge and learning content initiatives across multiple business areas
- Managing and improving learning and collaboration platforms
- Building networks of subject matter experts and encouraging knowledge sharing
- Aligning learning content to key skills and capability frameworks
- Using data and engagement metrics to identify improvements and increase adoption
- Working with senior stakeholders to support learning and development objectives
Required skills:
- Strong experience in Knowledge Management, Learning Content Management, or L&D
- Experience with tools such as Confluence, ServiceNow, Slack, LMS platforms, or similar
- Experience working around technical teams and environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience using AI tools to support content creation and knowledge management is highly desirable
- Previous experience within a large, global organisation would be beneficial
