Learning & Development Manager Location: London - Hybrid Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 Type: Full-time, permanent

As L&D Partner, you will work closely with stakeholders across multiple regions to identify capability gaps, design structured development interventions, and deliver engaging, practical learning experiences that improve performance.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused, and outcomes-driven role. You will be expected to build scalable learning solutions while also rolling up your sleeves to deliver training directly to teams. You will operate within a global, fast-paced, and evolving environment, where adaptability, pragmatism, and strong stakeholder engagement are key.
Design and deliver high-quality learning programmes aligned to business priorities and capability requirements. Partner with stakeholders across functions and geographies to identify learning needs and translate these into practical solutions. Create and maintain structured learning frameworks, pathways, and materials to support employee development. Deliver engaging training sessions (virtual and in-person) across a global audience. Evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously improve content and delivery approaches. Contribute to broader people and organisational initiatives where capability uplift is required. Ensure learning solutions are scalable, practical, and aligned to the organisation’s operating model.

More about you Proven experience in a Learning & Development role with a strong focus on design and delivery. Experience building and delivering training programmes for diverse, global audiences. Ability to translate business needs into structured, practical learning solutions. Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with confidence delivering to varied stakeholder groups. Experience working in fast-paced, evolving organisations. Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build credibility across different functions. A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with the ability to operate with autonomy.
