Job Title: Training & Compliance Coordinator

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Working Pattern: Mon - Fri (8:00am - 4:30pm)

Location: Hampshire (Site based)

SRG are currently working with a manufacturing business based in Hampshire that is looking for a Training & Compliance Coordinator to support the growth, capability, and performance of their manufacturing team.

You'll work closely with Managers, Learning & Development, and teams to ensure training programmes are compliant, effective, and aligned with regulatory requirements. In addition, this person will also help develop people, maintain training systems, and support continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training and development activities across the department
  • Lead and administer apprenticeship programmes, including assessment and verification
  • Maintain training records, matrices, and development plans
  • Identify training gaps across GMP, quality, EHS, and operational areas
  • Support competency assessments and on the job training

What We're Looking For

  • Experience coordinating training/competency programmes in manufacturing environments
  • Knowledge of apprenticeship frameworks and verification processes
  • Knowledge of GMP, quality, and H&S standards would be desirable
