Learning and Development Specialist
We're looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to join our growing Learning and Development team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for shaping how our people grow, develop and build their careers with us. These roles sit at the heart of our new L&D function. You'll work closely with business leaders, Subject Matter Experts and external partners to design and deliver high-quality learning solutions that support today's performance - and tomorrow's capability.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain career development frameworks and progression pathways across the organisation
- Partner with subject matter experts to define and build structured technical learning pathways
- Deliver and facilitate workshops, programmes and blended learning solutions
- Create and embed knowledge-sharing initiatives that support continuous learning
- Design scalable learning solutions aligned to business priorities
- Measure learning impact and continuously improve what we deliver
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand learning needs and priorities
- Contribute to the wider L&D strategy and learning roadmap
- Use data, insight and feedback to improve learning effectiveness
- Champion a culture of learning, development and performance excellence
Requirements
Essential:
- Solid experience in Learning & Development or talent development
- End-to-end ownership of learning programmes or projects
- Learning design and content development
- Comfortable facilitating workshops or training sessions
- Strong stakeholder management, including senior leaders
- Experience working with external learning providers/vendors
- The ability to work through ambiguity and shape solutions from idea to delivery
