Learning Operations Specialist
π Location: Southampton (Hybrid β minimum 3 days per week onsite)
π· Rate: Β£200βΒ£250 per day (Inside IR35)
π Duration: 6 months
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Learning Operations professional to support a busy Learning, Talent & Development team. You'll be responsible for managing learning administration, supporting Workday Learning, coordinating with training providers, handling learner requests, and ensuring the smooth delivery of learning operations.

Key Requirements
- β Experience in Learning & Development Administration or Learning Operations
- β Strong Learning Management System (LMS) experience
- β Workday Learning experience is highly desirable
- β Experience managing training requests, learner records, and course administration
- β Supplier coordination and PO/invoice administration experience
- β Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- β Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
