Our Learning & Development Specialists play a key role in supporting a significant period of transformation, organisational change and colleague development. Working across a range of initiatives, you'll create and deliver engaging learning experiences, facilitate workshops and coach colleagues, while helping us to innovate and shape learning solutions and learner journeys that support large-scale onboarding, colleague upskilling, management capability and organisational change.
You'll help us transform how colleagues are onboarded and build the confidence and capability colleagues need to succeed in their roles today, while equipping teams to adapt as we continue to evolve our services and approach.
Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you'll create learning experiences that support both colleague development and client outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to work across onboarding, colleague upskilling, management capability and transformation initiatives, making a tangible impact on how we support people across the UK.
About The Role
You'll create and deliver engaging learning experiences that help colleagues successfully navigate change, build capability and perform at their best.
Working across the full learning lifecycle, you'll create workshops and partner with subject matter experts to continuously improve learning that supports colleagues from new starter induction through to management development and organisational change.

This is a hands-on learning design and delivery role. While you'll use your experience of colleague onboarding approaches to design outstanding learning solutions, you'll also spend much of your time facilitating engaging learning experiences, coaching operational training colleagues and helping people build the confidence to succeed.
What You'll Be Doing
Day to day, you'll:
- Design engaging face-to-face and virtual learning experiences aligned to organisational priorities.
- Facilitate new workshops that build colleague capability, confidence and performance.
- Support the creation and roll out of large-scale onboarding and induction programmes, helping new colleagues succeed quickly.
- Deliver learning that supports colleague upskilling, management capability and professional development.
- Partner with subject matter experts to continuously improve learning content and delivery.
- Support the rollout of new systems, processes and ways of working through engaging learning interventions.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
About You
You'll be an experienced Learning & Development professional who enjoys being in front of people, facilitating engaging learning experiences and helping colleagues build the confidence and capability to perform at their best.
This role is likely to suit someone currently working as a:
- Contact Centre Learning & Development Trainer
- Capability or Learning Partner
- Financial Services Trainer
- Banking or Insurance Trainer
- Customer Service Trainer
- Operational Trainer within a regulated environment
You Will Bring
- Strong experience designing and delivering engaging face-to-face learning programmes.
- Experience supporting organisational change, transformation or large-scale business initiatives through learning interventions.
- Experience delivering learning within a regulated contact centre or customer-facing environment.
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- The ability to translate complex business requirements into engaging, practical learning experiences.
- Experience helping colleagues build confidence in needs-based conversations and achieve positive client outcomes.
