The Role
We’re looking for a scholarly, strategic Learning Content Specialist with a sharp editorial eye, a passion for mentoring, and a knack for translating cutting-edge AI into actionable business impact.
At its core, this role:
- Drives excellence in AI-driven learning content production
- Embeds self-sufficiency to ensure the team thrives beyond your contract
- Demystifies AI for your colleagues while maintaining brand consistency and quality

Key Responsibilities
1. Content Design & AI-Enhanced Production
- Design and develop blended digital and facilitated learning solutions, embracing AI to fast-track turnaround without sacrificing quality.
- Master AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) to automate ideation, drafting, scripting, and visual design—while upholding strict editorial standards.

2. AI-Enabled Workflows
- Leverage AI to co-create, iterate, and deploy content—from concept to classroom—2x or more efficiently.
- Automate repetitive tasks while maintaining high-touch leadership in content quality.
3. Knowledge Sharing & Team Legacies
- Mentor colleagues on AI-driven workflows and digital tools, including socialising reusable prompts/templates.
- Hand over a self-running system for seamless onboarding of your successor.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with business leaders to pinpoint skills gaps and ensure training aligns with real-world priorities.
- Maintain a “question-first, confirm-later” culture—you’re here as their thought partner.
5. Tech & Market Agility
- Scout the AI learning tech landscape and deliver business cases for adopting new tools.
- Weigh options across Evolve, Adobe Creative Cloud, or AI-assisted equivalents.
Requirements & Qualities
Technical & Subject-Matter Expertise
- Agile & remote collaboration: Experience thriving in agile, hybrid(ex) environments with flexible planning.
- AI fluency: Hands-on expertise using AI tools to generate, analyse, and refine content—including writing prompts and evaluating solutions.
- Digital authoring & design: Skilled in eLearning platforms (Evolve) and creative tools (Adobe, AI-augmented)—or an eagerness to learn.
Soft Skills & Mindset
- Commercial mindset: Strong ability to carve learning solutions that directly support business goals and ROI.
- Inquisitive coach: Passionate about informal mentoring and turning chaos into clarity for peers.
- Business translator: Bridge the gap between jargon and practical learning, both internally and externally.
