The Role

We're looking for a creative and passionate Learning Design Specialist to join our People team and play a key role in shaping leadership and management capability across the organisation.

Working closely with the Leadership Development Partner, you'll design and deliver engaging, practical learning resources that help managers lead with confidence and impact. From performance management and coaching toolkits to digital learning content and leadership development resources, you'll transform complex concepts into simple, accessible and user-friendly solutions that support managers in their day-to-day roles.

You'll also take ownership of our ManagerHub platform, ensuring it remains the go-to destination for management guidance, tools and development resources. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strong instructional design skills with creativity, digital expertise and a passion for improving the learner experience.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Design & Content Creation

  • Design and develop engaging learning resources, including toolkits, guides, videos, presentations and e-learning content.
  • Translate leadership frameworks, management expectations and development programmes into practical, easy-to-use resources.
  • Create content that is accessible, visually engaging, on-brand and aligned to organisational priorities.
  • Develop tools that support managers in applying learning and driving performance in practice.

Management Development & Performance Support

  • Create and maintain resources that support effective people management, including performance management, coaching, feedback and development conversations.
  • Develop practical tools and conversation guides that help embed a culture of continuous feedback.
  • Ensure management expectations are clearly communicated and consistently applied across the organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
