Learning Designer (3 x Contract Opportunities)
Remote, Day Rate
12-Month Contract, Outside IR35

We are recruiting for three experienced Learning Designers to join a major digital learning programme with a global professional education organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to support the development of professional learning modules, transforming SME-authored content into engaging, learner-centred digital learning using Articulate Rise.
We're looking for Learning Designers with a strong education-focused background who are passionate about creating high-quality digital learning. You'll be confident taking complex content and structuring it into clear, engaging learning experiences that put the learner first.

What you'll be doing
- Designing engaging digital learning from SME-authored content
- Building learning modules using Articulate Rise (Storyline experience is advantageous)
- Creating storyboards and structured learning content
- Collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders throughout the design process
- Developing learner-centred digital learning that is clear, engaging and accessible
- Supporting the delivery of professional education programmes
What we're looking for
- Extensive Learning Design or Instructional Design experience
- Strong Articulate Rise development skills
- Experience creating digital learning from SME-authored content
- Storyboarding and content document creation experience
- Experience designing engaging online learning
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to structure learning in a logical, learner-focused way
- Education sector experience (as a Learning Designer)
