How You'll Make a Difference
You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, shape the right learning solutions and bring them to life through engaging, effective learning content. You'll design a variety of learning solutions from in-person, to digital and podcasts; helping our colleagues build capability, support great customer outcomes and contribute to key business priorities.
What will you bring to the role?
- Strong instructional design capability across digital and blended learning with proficiency in digital authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Rise and Storyline) and experience of producing or commissioning video, audio, and visual assets.
- Ability to consult with stakeholders, conduct learning discovery and define clear learning or performance requirements.
- Proven experience in translating complex content into engaging, learner-centred solutions.
- A progressive, continuous improvement mindset, with experience in supporting operational change.
