Learning & Development Administrator
Alitex Ltd, established in 1952, is a thriving family business specialising in designing, manufacturing and installing world-class aluminium greenhouses. We are recruiting for a Learning and Development Administrator, a role ideal for a very well-organised, self-motivated and driven individual who would enjoy engaging with people across the business to enable and champion their learning and development.

About the Role
This position is central to supporting our leaders, managers, and supervisors to uphold a people-focused culture. The Learning and Development Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the right support is in place to keep momentum across all departments aligned with both annual and quarterly plans.

Key responsibilities include:

Planning
- Understand the business annual plan and quarterly goals.
- Contribute by integrating people development support into departmental business plans.

Organising
- Coordinate people and resources to deliver required support across departments.
- Collaborate directly with departments to ensure departmental realities are understood and met.

Administration and Reporting
- Utilise established systems to set up, collect, record, and summarise people-related information.
- Provide relevant reports and summaries to enable effective people management.

Communication
- Engage with all employees to support their continuous people development efforts on a weekly basis.
Requirements
We seek a candidate who:

- Is **proficient with SharePoint and Office365.
- Is keen and able to quickly learn our people learning management system, Nurture.
- Capable of working across multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Enjoys people interaction and excels as a verbal and written communicator.
- Thrives in teamwork and collaboration.
- Demonstrates a structured and organised approach to managing workload.
- Maintains a high level of accuracy with meticulous attention to detail.

Contract terms:
- Salary: £16,000 per annum (equivalent to £32,000 on a full-time basis).
- Hours: 20 hours a week, permanent placement.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, working 8am to 5pm.

Additional Notes
- Alitex is located in a rural setting, so applicants should have access to and be able to drive a car to and from work.
