Create learning that helps Sales people perform at their best.

At IRIS Software Group, we're passionate about helping our people grow, develop and succeed. As our business continues to invest in Sales Enablement, we're looking for an L&D Advisor (Sales Enablement) to join our Learning & Development team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys creating engaging digital learning, designing content that people genuinely want to complete, and working closely with colleagues to build the skills and confidence that drive commercial success.

Whether you're already working as an L&D Advisor, Digital Learning Designer, Learning Technologist or Instructional Designer, this role offers the chance to build learning that's used every day by Sales teams across one of the UK's leading software companies.

If you're creative, organised and passionate about helping people learn, we'd love to hear from you.

Why This Role Matters

Great learning helps people perform with confidence.

From the moment someone joins IRIS, you'll help shape how they learn, develop and succeed.

You'll create digital learning that gets new starters up to speed faster, helps experienced colleagues continue to improve, and supports leaders as they develop high-performing teams.

Every learning pathway, video, guide and e-learning module you create will play an important part in helping our Sales teams deliver exceptional results for our customers.

This is a role where you'll see the impact of your work every day.

About the Team You'll Join

You'll join a friendly, collaborative Sales Enablement team that believes learning should be practical, engaging and genuinely useful.

Working alongside experienced L&D professionals, Sales leaders and subject matter experts, you'll help create learning that supports colleagues throughout every stage of their career.

It's a team that enjoys sharing ideas, trying new approaches and continually improving the learning experience.

If you enjoy collaborating with others and bringing creative ideas to life, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days are the same, but your role will include:

💻 Designing engaging digital Learning

  • Creating interactive e-learning, videos, learning pathways and digital resources.
  • Turning complex information into simple, engaging learning experiences.
  • Working with subject matter experts to produce high-quality learning content.
  • Ensuring learning is engaging, accessible and consistent.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
