Role: Learning & Development Business Partner
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum + £5,000 car allowance
Location: Remote with Travel
Required: Level 3 Teaching & Assessment Qualification

Your Role

  • You will play a vital role in supporting our new colleagues as they begin their journey with Consensus by delivering our company-wide induction programme and supporting them to achieve their regulatory induction framework.
  • You have a key role in supporting our colleagues and teams to achieve their full potential through the development and delivery of creative, engaging, and innovative training packages.
  • Collaboration is at the heart of what we do and the role of the Regional Trainer supports the continual growth of our internal and external networking communities ensuring that we are always working in line with best practice guidelines, legislation, and new and innovative learning methodologies.
  • Ensure continuous personal development: including all mandatory, Service Specific ‘train the trainer’ updates are kept up to date and qualifications are certified at all times.
  • Establish and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships with Area Directors and Service Managers and Colleagues.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and an ability to adapt quickly to changing plans and timescales.

About You

  • To be successful in this role, you will:
    • Minimum Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Health and Social Care.
    • Learner centric focused with excellent affiliation and training delivery skills.
    • Comfortable with working field based and being part of a dispersed team.
    • Commercially aware, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the Adult Social Care / Learning Disability regulatory requirements in regard to training and delivery.
    • Have an excellent understanding of the regulatory landscape and be able demonstrate this through the delivery of the training packages.
    • Effective coaching skills, with the ability to give feedback on both regulatory training and development matters.
    • Have knowledge of learning and development theory and the application of different models.
    • IT literate, with a working understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook applications.
