The Role:
Are you passionate about developing people, creating engaging learning experiences, and driving a positive learning culture?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Co-ordinator to join our HR team and play a key role in strengthening training and development across the business.
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate and manage training programmes across all departments
- Lead and continuously enhance our company induction programme
- Partner with managers to identify learning needs and support development plans
- Develop structured training pathways for new starters and refresher training
- Maintain training records and skills matrices to support compliance
- Create engaging learning materials and support training delivery across the business
- Help foster a culture of continuous learning and development

- Organised and proactive

- Detail-oriented with strong administrative skills
- Able to simplify complex information into practical, engaging training
Qualifications:
- L&D or Training qualification (e.g. CIPD level 3 or equivalent) - Desirable
