The Role:

Are you passionate about developing people, creating engaging learning experiences, and driving a positive learning culture?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Co-ordinator to join our HR team and play a key role in strengthening training and development across the business.

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate and manage training programmes across all departments
  • Lead and continuously enhance our company induction programme
  • Partner with managers to identify learning needs and support development plans
  • Develop structured training pathways for new starters and refresher training
  • Maintain training records and skills matrices to support compliance
  • Create engaging learning materials and support training delivery across the business
  • Help foster a culture of continuous learning and development

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Organised and proactive
  • A confident communicator and presenter
  • Passionate about developing others
  • Detail-oriented with strong administrative skills
  • Able to simplify complex information into practical, engaging training

Qualifications:

  • L&D or Training qualification (e.g. CIPD level 3 or equivalent) - Desirable
