A leading US law firm is looking to appoint two Learning & Development Coordinators to join its London office on a hybrid working basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and highly organised Learning & Development Coordinator to join a collaborative global team and play a key role in delivering impactful training and development initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.
As the Learning & Development Coordinator, you will support firmwide training programmes, onboarding and departures, compliance tracking, learning systems administration, mentoring initiatives, and wider engagement projects. Working closely with the Associate Director of L&D, you’ll help ensure attorneys receive a seamless and well-structured development experience.

Key responsibilities include:
✔ Coordinating training programmes and events ✔ Managing learning records and compliance reporting ✔ Supporting onboarding and departure processes ✔ Assisting with mentoring and engagement initiatives ✔ Maintaining learning systems and training data
