Operating across Europe, North America, Asia, and the Middle East, the organisation is experiencing continued growth and is seeking a strategic Learning & Development leader to shape the future of talent development across the business.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact role responsible for defining and executing a global Learning & Development strategy that drives capability, leadership development, employee engagement, and internal mobility across a complex, international organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the global L&D strategy aligned to business objectives
- Design and oversee leadership, technical, and professional development programmes
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify capability gaps and future talent needs
- Drive succession planning and internal talent development initiatives
- Oversee learning technologies, external providers, and programme delivery
- Measure effectiveness through clear KPIs, reporting, and ROI analysis
- Lead and develop the L&D team globally
About You
You're an experienced Learning & Development professional with a proven track record of delivering impactful learning strategies within a complex, fast-paced environment. You'll be confident partnering with senior stakeholders, influencing at all levels, and aligning learning initiatives to business objectives.
