We take an innovative approach to the delivery of our services and ensure that they are of the highest standards in the industry.

Working with the Head of People & Performance, you will support the smooth running of the Learning & Development function and help shape learning strategies that align with our wider People and Performance and business objectives.

This role will ensure our teams are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and capabilities needed to perform effectively in a fast-paced and growing environment. You will provide coaching and support to the Learning & Development team, oversee learning delivery and evaluation, and use insight and data to drive continuous improvement.

Principle Duties And Responsibilities

Learning & Development Leadership

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the Learning & Development function, overseeing the planning, delivery, and evaluation of internal and external learning initiatives in line with the People & Performance and Learning & Development strategy.
  • Managing, coaching, and supporting Learning & Development Facilitators, ensuring high standards of delivery, consistency of learner experience, and continuous development of facilitation capability.
  • Working closely with managers to identify current and future learning needs through learning needs analysis, providing insights and recommendations to inform the wider Learning & Development and People & Performance strategy.

  • Building positive relationships across the organisation to ensure learning activity is relevant, accessible, and aligned to operational and clinical priorities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
