Role Overview

We are currently looking for a Fractional Learning & Development Manager to join a leading energy company based remotely, working on a flexible, part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Learning & Development professional to influence and shape the learning strategies within a forward-thinking organisation. The role is ideal for someone seeking a dynamic, project-based position, requiring 2-3 days per week, offering the chance to deliver impactful learning initiatives.

This freelance/interim role provides the opportunity to work with a global leader committed to continuous improvement and talent development, all while maintaining flexibility and autonomy in your work schedule.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

Your duties as the Fractional Learning & Development Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify capability gaps and design comprehensive learning journeys within the LMS.
  • Develop role-based curricula and learning pathways, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Curate and create engaging learning content to support the successful rollout and adoption of the LMS.
  • Drive change management and stakeholder engagement initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • As the Fractional Learning & Development Manager you will effectively deliver key learning projects, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and adoption.

Role Requirements

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Fractional Learning & Development Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

  • A Degree or higher level in a related field.
  • Proven industry experience in Learning & Development, particularly in LMS implementation or optimisation.
  • A working knowledge and practical experience with instructional design, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
