Role: Learning & Development Manager - L&D (Remote)

Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)

Job Type: Contract

Payout: $20 - $40/hour


Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an Education Specialist to work on a contract basis. This role involves designing and delivering specialized training programs for a global workforce. Candidates will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure educational content aligns with organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update training materials for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions to employees and external partners.
  • Assess training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to create accurate and engaging content.
  • Maintain records of training participation and certification status.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate training or education development.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and authoring tools.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting complex information clearly.
  • Experience tailoring content for diverse learning styles and technical levels.
