🚀 We're Hiring: Learning & Development Manager
Are you passionate about building capability, developing leaders, and creating a culture where people can do their best work?
We're looking for a Learning & Development Manager to join our People team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation.
This isn't a traditional L&D role. You'll work directly with senior leaders to design and deliver learning solutions that drive real business outcomes across leadership development, sales effectiveness, organisational change, internal mobility, and post-acquisition integration.
You'll help us build a deliberately developmental culture where learning is embedded into everyday work, while leveraging modern technology and AI-enabled learning tools to create scalable, engaging experiences for our people.
