We're looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Learning & Development Officer to join our HR Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain exposure to talent, leadership and early careers initiatives across UKI.
Working closely with the Head of Talent, Learning & Development, HR colleagues, leaders and external partners, you'll play a key role in creating outstanding learning experiences that support the growth and success of our people.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer learning and development activities including programme logistics, records, evaluations and reporting.
- Develop engaging communications, learning resources and programme content.
- Take a lead role in ensuring the smooth running of our Pathway Programme, supporting early in career colleagues throughout their development journey.
- Build strong relationships with external learning providers to ensure a high-quality learner experience.
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes, systems and learner engagement.

You'll be someone who:
- Has a genuine passion for Learning & Development and helping people realise their potential.
- Demonstrates excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Communicates confidently and professionally with people at all levels.
- Enjoys building relationships and working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
- Ideally has experience coordinating projects, events or training
