Learning & Development Partner – Workday Systems Trainer
FTC – 9 Months
Location: Northampton + Work from home

We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Partner to join the team on a fixed-term basis to support the implementation of our new Workday HR and Payroll system.
This is a key role within the programme and will be responsible for defining, designing and delivering the end-user training strategy to ensure the successful adoption of Workday across the organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop the Workday training strategy and learning approach.
- Design engaging training materials, user guides and digital learning content.
- Deliver system training to managers, HR, Payroll and colleagues across the business.
- Work closely with the implementation and project team to understand system functionality and translate this into practical business training.
- Support change management activities to drive colleague engagement, confidence and adoption of the new system.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continually improve learning materials throughout the implementation and post go-live period.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience of delivering systems training, ideally within a large HRIS or ERP implementation.
- Previous Workday experience would be advantageous.
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication skills for a range of audiences.
