Ashorne Hill is a unique learning and development venue set in the heart of Warwickshire. We specialise in venue-based residential programmes, meetings, and events, providing exceptional environments that support leadership, team development, and organisational growth.
Role Summary
To lead and grow a portfolio of client relationships, acting as a trusted partner and ambassador for Ashorne Hill. This role combines a strong client-facing presence with the ability to design and deliver impactful learning programmes.
The successful candidate will excel in building rapport, influencing stakeholders, identifying opportunities, and nurturing long-term partnerships while ensuring high-quality delivery of core programmes.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Ownership & Growth
- Build, develop, and nurture strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Create a warm, engaging client experience, encouraging long-term partnerships.
Commercial Awareness & Business Development
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand services within existing partnerships and drive new business conversations.
- Utilise influencing, negotiation, and communication skills to position solutions that meet client needs, delivering commercial value.

Programme Leadership & Delivery
- Diagnose leadership team dynamics with insight and precision, uncovering root causes and shaping data-informed, systemic interventions.
- Design immersive, human-centred experiences that challenge, elevate, and engage leadership teams, enabling adaptation and collaboration in rapidly evolving, tech-enabled environments.
Client Engagement & Communication
- Lead client meetings confidently, presenting ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Translate business needs into practical, engaging learning solutions.
Account Planning & Retention
- Develop and maintain live account plans, ensuring a proactive approach to client engagement, satisfaction, and growth.
Collaboration & Internal Leadership
- Work closely with design, facilitation, and coordination teams to ensure seamless delivery and a consistent client experience.
- Support and guide teams to meet client expectations and performance standards.
Brand Representation & Thought Leadership
- Professionally represent Ashorne Hill at client meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
- Contribute to thought leadership through marketing content and case studies, enhancing reputation and attracting new clients.

Key Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Highly effective communicator with strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Confident in building rapport and establishing trust with senior stakeholders.
- Commercially aware, with the ability to identify and convert opportunities.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to diagnose customer or team dynamics and align solutions with genuine client needs through integrity and sales integrity.
- Experienced in dynamic management and leadership facilitation skills.
- Experience in delivering or overseeing learning and development programmes at the senior leadership level.
- Natural ability to nurture relationships with a warm, engaging, and professional approach.
- Capable of balancing client-facing demands with operational delivery.
Role Details
- Type: Full-time (36.5 hours per week)
- Working Arrangement: Hybrid, following initial training, with flexibility around business needs, key commitments, client meetings, and facilitation requirements.
- Salary: From £47,000
