About The Role

Are you passionate about helping people learn, grow and succeed? We're looking for a proactive and organised Learning & Development Support Specialist to play a key role in delivering engaging learning experiences across EG On The Move.

In this varied role, you'll support a wide range of learning initiatives from coordinating assigned activities across learner support, learning systems, apprenticeships, digital and commercial learning, reporting, communications and projects.

You'll work with colleagues across the organisation and external partners to help deliver high-quality learning solutions that build capability, drive performance and support our continued growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative Learning & Development team where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact, take ownership of a diverse range of initiatives and contribute to building a positive learning culture across the business.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate learning activities, programmes, workshops and events from planning through to successful delivery, ensuring agreed timescales and standards are met.
  • Manage day-to-day L&D enquiries, providing timely and professional support to learners, managers and stakeholders.
  • Administer SAP SuccessFactors Learning and associated digital platforms, maintaining accurate records and delivering an effective learner experience.
  • Monitor learning assignments, participation, completions and compliance, proactively managing follow-up, risks and appropriate escalation.
  • Produce management information, dashboards and reports, translating learning data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Support the design, development and delivery of engaging learning interventions, materials and digital content, ensuring quality, accuracy and accessibility.
  • Coordinate apprenticeship programmes across the learner lifecycle, supporting Apprenticeship Levy administration, reporting and stakeholder engagement.
  • Support the coordination and delivery of commercial learning, work experience, early careers and colleague development initiatives.
  • Support Training Needs Analysis and evaluate learning effectiveness using learner feedback, performance measures, operational data and business outcomes.
  • Build trusted, collaborative relationships across the business and with external learning partners to support the successful delivery of L&D priorities.
  • Coordinate L&D projects and support the implementation and continuous improvement of learning systems, processes and programmes.
  • Research emerging L&D practices, digital technologies and AI-enabled tools, while working collaboratively across the L&D function to support wider business priorities.

What We Are Looking For

  • A-Level qualification (or equivalent), or relevant knowledge and experience, with experience or strong transferable capability in Learning & Development, education, learner support or a related environment.
  • Experience coordinating programmes, activities or operational processes and using a Learning Management System or comparable digital platform.
  • Strong literacy, numeracy and IT skills, with confidence using Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and professionally with colleagues, learners and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Capability to develop, enhance, deliver and present learning content from agreed briefs, frameworks or existing materials, adapting content and approach to different audiences and learning needs.
