Digital Learning with Real Impact

GetSavi is a specialist consultancy helping membership bodies and non-profits create engaging digital learning experiences that support career development and advance organizational goals. We work across learning advisory, LMS development, content design, and broader digital change projects. We also host the NFP learning hub offering access to ready-made learning courses designed for non-profit teams.

We’re growing and are looking for a consultant who wants to shape the future of learning in the UK non-profit sector.

What you’ll do

This is a varied, collaborative role combining:

  • Client-facing consultancy and project delivery
  • Strategic learning advisory initiatives
  • Digital transformation, AI- and technology-enabled change initiatives
  • Webinar co-creation and delivery
  • Content, product, and service development

You’ll work directly with charities and membership bodies on projects such as:

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone with a blend of:

  • L&D or digital learning change experience
  • LMS platform knowledge (e.g., Moodle, other open source, and proprietary platforms)
  • Consultancy, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Confidence working with senior audiences (e.g., Boards, Councils, SLTs)
  • Curiosity about the future of learning, AI adoption, and next-gen digital engagement
  • Experience in the charity, membership, association, trade union, or professional education sectors is a strong advantage, but you don’t need to tick every box.
