Overview Publicis Groupe is looking for a Global Client Learning Lead to play a pivotal role in enabling growth across our most strategic global clients. This is a senior, commercially focused learning role embedded within the Global Client Growth Practice. It partners directly with Global Client Leaders and senior leadership teams to ensure learning and capability development are tightly linked to business priorities, client transformation and measurable growth outcomes. This is not a traditional L&D role. It requires strategic judgment, commercial acumen and the credibility to influence senior stakeholders globally. The focus is on building capability where it matters most — at the heart of our highest‑growth client relationships. clarity and rigour to complex environments. Responsibilities What you’ll be responsible for Partnering closely with Global Client Leaders, Finance Leaders and senior client teams to align learning with client strategy and growth objectives Shaping and delivering a learning strategy for the Global Client Growth Practice, focused on priority capabilities and future needs Translating global client business plans into targeted capability and learning initiatives Attending business planning and review sessions to embed learning into commercial and operational priorities Working with Talent, Industry Growth and Finance leaders to identify emerging capability gaps and advise on development solutions Bringing future‑focused capability into client teams, including AI, digital transformation and operational innovation Curating and activating the best of Publicis Groupe’s global learning offer for senior client talent, driving participation and impact Owning onboarding experiences for newly appointed global client leaders and senior team members Building strong peer learning communities and forums to strengthen collaboration and shared problem solving Managing learning investment, external partners where relevant, and ensuring clear measurement of impact Qualifications What we’re looking for Senior experience in learning, capability or leadership development within advertising, communications or agency‑led environments Strong global experience, operating across multiple markets and senior stakeholder groups Proven ability to influence and advise senior leaders without direct authority Solid understanding of the marketing ecosystem and commercial drivers of growth Track record of delivering learning initiatives that are clearly linked to business outcomes Confidence shaping agendas with senior leaders such as Global Client Leads and CMOs Comfortable working with pace, ambiguity and complexity Commercially minded, outcomes‑focused and highly credible at executive level This is a rare opportunity to shape capability at the very top of the organisation, working with Publicis Groupe’s most senior client leaders and most strategically important global clients.
