Job role: Support Worker

Service: Park Drive

Hours per week

  • Days: 25 - 36 hours per week

Salary: £12.71

Location: Ellesmere Port, Cheshire

A full UK driving licence is essential for this role. We are also very flexible with this rota and we happy to negotiate the shifts.

Working Pattern for 36 hours per week

Week 1

  • Wednesday: 8:00am - 8:00pm
  • Saturday: 8:00am - 8:00pm
  • Sunday: 8:00am - 8:00pm

Week 2

  • Tuesday: 8:00am - 8:00pm
  • Wednesday: 8:00am - 8:00pm
  • Thursday: 8:00am - 8:00pm

Working Pattern for 25 hours per week

  • Monday: 8-2pm
  • Wednesday: 8-1pm
  • Friday: 8-1pm

Week 2

  • Monday: 8-3pm
  • Wednesday: 8-2pm
  • Friday: 8-3pm
  • Saturday: 8-3pm

As a Learning Disability Support Worker, no two days are alike - much like the diverse individuals we support. Our approach revolves around person-centered planning, tailoring our services to suit the distinct requirements of each person we support. We are deeply committed to working towards positive outcomes for every individual, celebrating even the smallest milestones on their journey to personal growth. As a Support Worker, you'll be equipped with comprehensive training to provide a wide range of assistance, including personal care, behavioural support, fostering independence and confidence, and nurturing positive relationships through effective communication

As part of your duties, you will be responsible for transporting residents in their disability-adapted vehicles to appointments, social outings, and other activities. Safe and compassionate driving is a key part of delivering high-quality care and support, making this a vital aspect of the position.

  • Christmas Enhancement (Double Time): Enjoy doubletime pay for allocated Christmas hours worked.
  • Ongoing Technological Advancements: Benefit from our investment in new technology, including care plan and Rota apps, with full training provided.
