About the Role

We are looking for someone with enthusiasm for providing quality services to adults with learning disabilities to join our team at our registered care home in Ryde, Isle of Wight.

Please note this is a full-time role working 35 hours per week. Working on a rota basis (including weekends and sleep-ins).

As a Learning Disability Worker, you’ll have a hands-on approach to caring for our residents, working as part of a team to support people to maintain independence and have better opportunities to get involved within the local community. This is a truly rewarding role where you’ll play many parts within our residents’ lives.
