Global Learning Experience Designer
Insight Global are seeking a Global Learning Experience Designer for a leading global management consulting organization. This position requires hybrid working (3 days onsite) in London, UK for a contract opportunity (Inside IR35).
The Learning Experience Designer will play a key role in designing and scaling a global core skills curriculum for a large internal business services function. You will create engaging, behaviourally driven learning experiences that enable employees to build critical skills and apply them effectively in their day-to-day work. This role requires a strong blend of instructional design expertise, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate complex topics into impactful, learner-centric solutions.

Must-Have Requirements Include:
- Proven experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and learning design principles
- Experience designing engaging, behaviourally driven learning that translates complex content into practical application
- Hands-on experience creating digital and multi-modal learning (e.g., eLearning, virtual sessions, classroom, microlearning)
- Experience using authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise or similar
- Familiarity with SCORM-compliant content and LMS platforms
- Experience applying GenAI tools within the learning design process, including reviewing and refining outputs
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align across teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects end-to-end with a focus on quality and delivery
