To design, facilitate and embed high-impact learning experiences that build the capabilities, behaviours and mindsets needed to deliver C&C’s business ambition. This role sits at the centre of Talent Development, providing specialist facilitation expertise that can be deployed across the organisation in response to business-prioritised learning needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in developing our people and fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
Location: Bristol, London or Glasgow
Travel across the UK will be required, and occasional overnight stays.
About the Role
- Facilitate impactful learning programmes across face-to-face, virtual and digital formats.
- Design engaging learning content and learner journeys using modern instructional design techniques.
- Create high-quality materials using tools such as Articulate and 7Taps.
- Support colleagues to apply learning in their day-to-day roles.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness and use insights to continuously improve programmes.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver learning that drives behaviour change and business performance.
- Stay ahead of learning trends, best practices, and digital innovations.

About You
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Experience designing and delivering engaging learning solutions.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and team effectiveness frameworks.
- Experience with digital learning authoring tools (Articulate, 7Taps or similar).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Organised, proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Experience of Learning Management Systems (Thrive desirable).
Desirable
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent L&D qualification.
- Coaching, facilitation or train-the-trainer certification.
- Experience evaluating learning impact (e.g. Kirkpatrick).
- Knowledge of the drinks industry or a similar commercial environment.
