Role

This is a “hands-on” role in our teaching workshops and your priority will be assisting and supporting groups of students and the lecturer. In a typical day, you’ll be:

  • Providing technical support, supervision and instruction to students, overseen by the lecturer
  • Ensuring tools, workshops and machinery are maintained and clean, complying with manufacturers and health and safety requirements
  • Demonstrating skills to small groups or individuals as requested by teaching staff.

Relevant industrial experience would be invaluable, along with experience of sharing your skills in an educational/training environment.
