Work Culture
- 37hr working week, although hours may vary depending on role, job requirement or site-specific arrangements.

Role & Responsibilities
The LMS Administrator will work with the Courseware and Media Teams to test the performance of training materials as they would be delivered in the live, customer environment. Using Moodle, the ideal candidate will manage and optimise the platform to ensure its smooth operation and identify any technical or content issues to be rectified.
Responsibilities
- Configuration and maintenance of the LMS platform to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Manage user accounts, permissions and access levels to maintain security and appropriate access.
- Upload and organise training content and course materials to provide seamless learning experiences.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Generate reports on performance and system usage.
- Ensure data security and compliance with organisational standards.
- Provide technical support to users.
- Collaboration with training teams, IT and other stakeholders.

Required experience
- Proven experience with LMS platforms (ideally, Moodle)
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in data management and reporting
- Understanding of e-learning best practices
Desirable experience
- Certification in LMS administration
- Experience with SCORM
- Experience with adult learning theories and learning content standards
- Knowledge of instructional design principles
- Knowledge of DSAT
- Knowledge of Jira.
