Opportunity Summary: Learning Manager

As a high-performing Learning Manager, you will:

  • Support the Partner and established Director Development team
  • Lead development initiatives for senior leaders in the business
  • Provide programme management, operational support, and financial oversight
  • Collaborate in a significant change journey to enhance leadership programs
  • Align with the wider Partner and established Director Development Senior Manager to achieve strategic curriculum vision
  • Drive innovative program design using Deloitte University EMEA

This role requires expertise across the learning spectrum—from analysis and design to delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Program Development

  • Design and support the development of new and innovative programmes using the 5Di process
  • Align with Senior Leadership to review and plan curriculum, capitalising on Deloitte University EMEA investments
  • Develop expertise in the full portfolio offering and collaborate for business-wide success

Operational & Project Coordination

  • Support Deloitte University and Leadership Development teams with participant communications and data analysis
  • Coordinate nomination processes for senior leader courses and DUE participants
  • Own and drive specific projects/programmes across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with LTSS for administrative support as needed

Data & Commercial Support

  • Collect, report, and analyse course attendance and post-course evaluation data
  • Ensure timely financial management, including invoicing and budget tracking
  • Work with Procurement for vendor contract negotiations
  • Provide insights to strategic decision-making and programme improvements

Logistics & Facilitation

  • Lead support services for course delivery, including scheduling, logistics, and collateral standards
  • Consult on setting up learning events for Partners and Directors (e.g., invitation issuance, travel coordination)
  • Facilitate internal projects and external vendor stakeholders when required

Stakeholder Alignment

  • Analyse learner feedback and refine programmes based on business needs
  • Collaborate across broader curriculum teams including leadership, skills, commercial, tech, and compliance sections

Required Skills & Experience

Professional Competencies

  • Strong teamwork and ability to influence cross-functionally with influence and alignment
  • Proven expertise in learning programme delivery, from ideation to assessment
  • Insight into the needs of senior leaders in professional services
  • Commercial acumen, particularly in budgeting and financial oversight

Professional Experience

  • Project management with experience managing workstreams and stakeholders
  • Logical, methodical problem-solving approach
  • Familiarity with vendor management, procurement, and contract oversight
  • Ad-hoc facilitation skills
  • Agile or product management experience (desirable)
  • Talent Management or HR experience (desirable)

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to balance concurrent priorities with vigilance for risk
  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
