The Learning Manager leads training initiatives within a fulfilment centre, blending operational needs with scalable development efforts. You’ll champion: ✔ Learning needs analysis ✔ Training program execution at scale ✔ Ongoing leadership growth
An Amazon Fulfilment Centre (FC) thrives on dynamic teams and drives rapid growth. Your role ensures associates and leaders excel in performance and leadership—critical as we scale operations rapidly.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Trainers and Learning Specialists.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with Amazon’s central EU Learning Teams for shared best practices.

End-to-End Training Strategy
- Own all aspects of associate and leader training—from needs assessment to training rollout and evaluation.
- Partner with senior leadership to design training initiatives that drive quality, productivity, and compliance.

Impactful Training Solutions
- Identify gaps in training/coaching that address FC quality and productivity challenges.
- Provide leadership-focused coaching (1:1s and workshops) to develop management skills.
Basic Qualifications
- Proven experience in:
- Project management (training programs, team leadership)
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent expertise in:
- Learning design, learning science, instructional design, psychology, or related fields
- Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or Learning Management (prioritised)
