Salary (Actual Salary): £26,112.58 - £27,337.53
Working Pattern: 37 Hours Per Week, Monday to Friday, Term Time plus 5 days
Are you ready to be a champion for student success? Join us as a Learning Manager, where you will play a critical role in nurturing student potential by focusing on welfare, strategic intervention, and data-driven monitoring. This position is perfect for someone passionate about removing academic and behavioral barriers to learning, ensuring all students thrive in a supportive educational setting, and effectively managing complex student cases in collaboration with external agencies.

I am proud to introduce you to Outwood Academy Hemsworth, an 11-18 Academy in the Historic Market Town of Hemsworth, West Yorkshire. We have a relentless focus on learning, underpinned by a curriculum designed to stretch and enrich every student.
As part of the Outwood Family since 2018, we provide the very best, holistic education within a safe and secure community. We recently completed a multi-million pound development, including a new 17-classroom teaching block, and are proud to hold Gold Status from the Carnegie Centre of Excellence for Mental Health.
