Our Learning Mentors are role models, supporting London's most vulnerable youth to inspire and motivate positive change. Are you ready for a demanding but rewarding role?
Apprentices will work towards a Learning Mentor Level 4 qualification, through a mix of on-the-job training and off-the-job learning, which may be based at the workplace or offsite at an apprenticeship training provider.
Essential qualifications
- GCSE in:
- Maths & English (grade C or 4 and above)
- Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.

This position will involve working with young people and will require a DBS (police) check, which we will arrange. You should declare any convictions or cautions at interview; these will not necessarily prevent you from getting the job but should be declared at interview.
